Therapy is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches that prioritize nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and practical skill-building

Sessions may focus on:

  • Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

  • Depression and mood concerns

  • Trauma and adverse experiences

  • Emotional regulation and nervous system stabilization

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • Relationship and attachment concerns

Treatment is tailored to each client’s needs and may include structured interventions, present-focused strategies, and deeper exploratory work as appropriate. Care is paced collaboratively, with attention to safety, readiness, and long-term sustainability.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) -Adjunctive

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is offered as an adjunctive, evidence-informed therapeutic approach within individual psychotherapy for appropriate clients. ART uses structured imagery and bilateral eye movements to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and resolution of distressing experiences.

When clinically indicated, ART may be used to help clients:

  • Reduce distress associated with traumatic or adverse experiences

  • Process intrusive memories or images

  • Improve emotional regulation and stabilization

  • Support adaptive reprocessing while maintaining present-moment safety

ART is provided in a trauma-informed, consent-based manner and is integrated into a broader psychotherapy treatment plan. Sessions are paced collaboratively, with attention to readiness, stabilization, and client autonomy.

ART is not provided as a stand-alone service. Sessions are billed as individual psychotherapy and are not billed separately to insurance.

  • Integrated within an ongoing psychotherapy plan

  • Applied in a trauma-informed and consent-based manner

  • Focused on stabilization, resourcing, and adaptive coping

  • Used to support goals such as anxiety reduction, stress management, and emotional processing

Hypnotherapy is not a stand-alone service and is provided only when clinically indicated and aligned with the client’s treatment goals.
